The Saskatoon Ostomy Association hosts World Ostomy Day event

September 29th, 2012 was proclaimed by the Mayor and City Council

WORLD OSTOMY DAY IN SASKATOON
Our version of “Let’s be Heard”

It was a wonderful sunny day to promote Ostomates in Saskatoon. We set up a tent, served delicious cupcakes, coffee and juice. We had lots of visitors, a couple of attendance draws, and showed off our new banner with our new logo. We educated a few  individuals on what an ostomy is and informed others about our chapter meetings. We  had red, yellow, orange and blue balloons, and at the end of the day, we released them knowing “The Sky is the Limit”.
